In an
article written in the Journal of the American Medical Association in 2004, I

Our
programs are funded through indirect dollars and operate under the integrated
enabling system work package. We have
had tremendous amount of support from our medical director who is unique in
that he is also the director for our benefits dept. He looks at health Care Costs in the
aggregate- Not only from a clinical/occ med cost standpoint but benefits as
well. Our unique organization structure
allows us the put integrate and try to get the most value out of the Sandia
Health Care Dollar.
